These notes have been prepared as part of my own learning process and exam preparation for December 2025. I am now preparing for MPC-003, MPC-005 and MPC-006 for June 2026 and will share the notes as and when I finish them.
The notes are based on:
- Official IGNOU study material
- Past year question papers and recurring exam themes
- Reference insights from standard psychology textbooks
To improve clarity and flow, the content has been rewritten using AI to:
- Simplify dense academic language
- Clarify closely related concepts that often cause confusion
- Improve structure for easier recall and revision
Where helpful, additional explanations have been incorporated to bridge theory with understanding, while remaining aligned with the IGNOU syllabus.
My study notes are maintained in a separate notes application, built using Lovable, which allows:

- Easy updates as my learning evolves
